Back to taking screenshots from movies again. I loved the strong black and white and how gritty and dark the picture looks. I specially liked the friendship between Martins and Harry, and how the passage of time plays on it, I guess this is one my favorite themes in cinema, when fate and time do a number on the characters and people get cornered to make hard choices that are morally right but emotionally devastating, leaving them winning and losing at the same time! I recently learned a new word which is "A Pyrrhic victory" that stayed with me for a couple of days, which is basically a win that comes at a great cost, when the loss is too much that it's a tantamount to defeat basically. I will try to post here more often as I missed it.
