Church plant training
In our midweek small groups we’ve been doing some church plant training - read all our notes here on Medium.
Hello Liberty Church! I am based in Swansea, Wales, U.K. And am trying to make a directory for Newfrontiers of all the church plants that are currently happening around the globe! Would someone be able to get in touch with me via email. I can't work out a way to contact you directly and I can't leave a link on here. If you are willing please search for the hill church Swansea and get in touch with us! thank you!

Beautiful afternoon for a drink and language learning at #ndsmwerf
Yesterday morning, just for a little while, the sun came out. #Amsterdam
Early morning in #Amsterdam
Cycling along by the river Amstel, in the warm spring sunshine, reminded me that this is THE GREATEST CITY IN THE WORLD. Honestly don't understand why you don't all live here too. Don't be an April fool, move to Amsterdam.
THIS SUNDAY
Sadly we aren't able to use our venue this Sunday so we won't be meeting.Â
We’ll be back as normal at the Mirror Center on Sunday 3rd April at 10.45am

Why Liberty Church?
Amsterdam is a city set on finding liberty. The approach is do what you want, when you want, however you want. This often leads to trouble, addiction and heartache, rather than the freedom sought. One idol is exchanged for another.
Many people believe that religion is about rules. We believe following Jesus is something altogether different.
We believe true liberty comes in obedience to Jesus Christ. This is life, life to the full.
When true love captures us; our desires change, our habits die, our priorities are reset and our dreams are reimagined. We no longer want to live for ourselves - something greater is before us.
As a community our desire is to love God. That love compels us to love others. It causes us to love our city. Â
For the sake of that love, we long for renewal in every corner of Amsterdam, holding nothing back to see the destitute healed and restored.Â
In love, we want Amsterdammers from every culture, tribe and community to find true liberty.
We are Liberty Church.
To find out more about us come along to our ‘Amsterdam Day’ on Feb 13th.
Listen to this to find out more about ‘why we’re called Liberty Church?’
Amsterdam Day - February 13th
Come and spend the day with us and hear about the plans and vision for Liberty Church Amsterdam. They'll be plenty of opportunity to pray and explore the city as well.
Joel Virgo (CCK, Brighton) & Matt Simmonds (Liberty Church) will share some news and visions about Liberty Church and Sam Cox will be leading us in worship.
This day is open for anyone who wants to pray and support what we're doing and / or for people who might be considering joining our team and helping to plant this new church.
Practical info:
The day will run from 10am to 3pm at ChristChurch Amsterdam.
For full details of the day and to book in go here.
Make a whole weekend of it...
The night before (Friday 12th) we’ll be hosting a Newday On The Road event in Amsterdam with Joel Virgo and Sam Cox. Full details of that to follow.
On Sunday 14th why not join us for church? Joel will be with us then also!
