I told my coworkers that I went to a movie with a guy and now they’re demanding I show them a picture of the guy. I told them I don’t have a picture of him, and I’m not going to give them his social media info. Now they’re accusing me of lying about the date?

Am I really so hideous and unlikable that they can’t believe I got asked out on ONE date in the last 12 months??? I don’t understand why they’re all so adamant that a simple movie date couldn’t have happened, unless I can “prove” it to them. I’m 30 years old, am I really so repulsive that it’s inconceivable that someone wanted to see a movie with me??

Do they really see me as being so unlovable and so unattractive that I need to lie about the very idea that someone, anyone willing spent time with me???
