Hi, I'm kind of desperate to lose weight fast but I always end up not eating for a few days and then I get fat all over again. Do you have any tips on how to definitely stop being hungry?

I find that chugging a lot of water is one of the most helpful things. If that doesn’t work, try to distance yourself from food in general, like avoiding the kitchen. If that can’t be done, you might want to consider something like a high restriction diet, as sometimes people can trigger binges by fasting for a long time! Good luck! :)
