Nothing in any of my writing is accurate to how ships in ancient Greece worked. None of my writing is even accurate to how modern day ships work. I do not know anything about ships or how they worked, in any culture or time period. I simply hope that cute romance will distract from this.

Conversation I had with my friend today Me: Things are getting serious in the book I’m writing, the main character is introducing his love interest to his sister. Him: I guess that’s what it takes for you to write a straight couple. Me: The couple isn’t straight, the main character and his love interest are both men. Him: But you said the main character was professing his love to his sister. Me: NO the main character is INTRODUCING his boyfriend to his sister. Him: Oh I misheard you. Me: I don’t write incest. I didn’t think I would need to say that but I don’t write incest.
