Just imagine
what only a month of control can do! Imagine how much your body can change in just four weeks!
You can do it!
The thing that gets to me
And I mean what really gets to me, is that considering how long I’ve been trying, if I just stopped the binges and excuses, I could be done right now. I could’ve made it to my goal already. I’m pathetic. I can gain all this weight so fast but when I try to lose it, I can’t have the same motivation…
You know what helps me not give up?
The problem with dieting is the results seem so far, far away. You know you’ll see results in, say, two months, but two months seems like an eternity, so you always just end up saying, “eh, I’ll start tomorrow, it makes no difference”. There’s the endless cycle of lazyness, and I’m sure I’m not alone in it. But do this: Think two months back in your life. It feels like you did those things just yesterday, doesn’t it? And now you’re thinking, “gee, if only I’d started my diet back then, I would have been skinnier today. Why on earth did I think today was so far away?”. And it’ll continue feeling like that every day, if you don’t start you diet right now and keep at it. Just keep imagening how much you’ll thank your past self two months from now.
an idea: me but thin
“this outfit would look so much cuter if i was thin.”
I think this every time I go shopping lol
