Hello hello!! Its taken me so long to work up the courage to send an ask (this is a compliment, you're an idol for me- LOVE your work) BUT here I am doing it! I do have an actual question, but first- gushing
I. ADORE. YOUR. CREATIONS. SO MUCH.
I ADORE Mychael with my whole heart, he has it and he will never leave it. And I LOVE everything I keep seeing about Vida/Alma and Adam too!! Seriously, you're SO talented and your characters are SO COOL!! I get so excited learning anything new about them!
Now for my actual question- Apologies if this has been asked or addressed before, but I didn't see anything about it in your intro post or your FAQs so I thought I'd ask. With proper credits of course, are you alright with people writing fan drabbles about your characters?? Hypothetical MC interactions, possible OC interactions, things of that sort- just fun little stuff like that

Hello Cheea! This is my first time asking you a question and it makes me nervous because I really do love and appreciate all the hard work you put into your games! And I’m sorry for asking if someone already asked this question before but how did Alma/ Vida get Laika? Like, did Alma/Vida get them as a Christmas present, birthday present, a surprise gift, or wanted a dog and their parents gave them Laika. And you don’t have to answer if you don’t want to because you might be busy and will have a lot of questions from other people who love your work. If you do answer, then thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day or night! :-)
Hello!! <3 I've mentioned before I personally interpret Laika as an ex-service dog that Vida happened to get lucky enough to adopt! She wasn't needed for her services, but it was a lucky happenstance she was a perfect fit for Vida and is exceptionally great at calming them down when they get overwhelmed.
As to how they got her, I didn't mention anywhere that Vida actually lives with their aunt! Or at least, their aunt's property (renting situation while they work on college, but they plan to live there even after graduation) and it was that very aunt that looked for a dog to fit their needs!
Perhaps she worked at a shelter or is in a program that kept track of service dogs, and managed to get one for Vida. In a previous draft Vida mentions their aunt in the script but I cut it out since I felt like the interaction dragged out too much with that addition.

Hello fireflies!!!
First of all, I'd like to say to everyone thank you so so much for continuing to support me despite the absence of any updates recently. I know it's been slow going for a few months now and I truly apologize for the lack of posts.
To put it briefly, I'm currently down to my last written prompt I need to finish before implementing them into Ren'Py to consider these commissions done. It'll be a good time to get used to coding in my scripts again! 🎮
But, more importantly, afterwards I'll be able to start working on the game once more after such a long break! I'm looking forward to writing again after stepping away and getting even more ideas so the story unfolds more organically in a way I hope feels better than my drafts!
Alongside dev work, I'll also be opening VGen commissions and an ACGoods Store to hopefully continue supporting myself as I keep going! I'll be limiting myself to one commission at a time moving forward, realizing my limitations and abilities now since opening Deer tier sketches for my Patreon two years ago hahaha. I plan to add more commission types and merch designs in the future, but that will be second priority!

Hey cheea! I LOVE atom, I’m so obsessed with them, I wanna know everything about them! I re read the Astronought FAQ all the time to see if there are any updates lol. I wanna know, where did you come up with the name “Astronought” haha at first I always thought it was a mistype. It’s very unique and I love it.
It's actually a combination of "astronaut" and "naught"! I wish I was clever enough to say spelling it as Astronought was on purpose because "nought" means zero,,,, but it's only because I misspelled it at first. 😭 So you were right in a way sdfhdsh
It's been a long time since I worked on the game, but I think I was really attached to the phrase "all for naught" at the time. That is to say, despite all your efforts to escape, it was all for nothing.

I don’t know if you will see this but what if the MC in mushroom oasis squished Mychael’s tail? Would it crumble apart like a real mushroom and just regrow? Or like would it poof up that cucumber smelling stuff from when MC stepped on the mushrooms? Would he like the feeling of it or would he just tell MC to not touch it?

His tail isn’t poisonous.
His tail has nerve endings and can bleed. It also grows back.
His tail length.

His horns and tail are a little squishy and can bruise.
His mushroom horns and tail are flesh.
As for the feeling, he'd find it a little,,, uncomfortable? Not that he hates it, but he's just not used to someone touching him on the tail.
I imagine it'd feel different depending on which part, like someone touching the back of your hand vs your elbow.

Hi Cheea, I don't have any questions to ask you but seeing your newest post of tomodachi life with yours characters as miis really made my day, I was really sad earlier and was doubting myself with my artworks than hours later came by i was looking at the post again and it makes me laugh and makes my day little better,

Self doubt is something every artist goes through,, believe it or not amongst my group of artist friends I think I'm the least skilled (and they are INCREDIBLY talented) but as long as I like what I make, I think that's the most important thing! I hope you're able to overcome it and enjoy the process again soon!!!
And omg I can't share every single post of Tomolife but it genuinely makes me so happy when people add Mychael or my characters onto their islands. Seeing them depicted in different styles and hairs and clothes has been so so delightful. I hope you have fun with yours!!

To NOBODY;S SURPRISE,, ,, Mychael confessed his feelings first and Firefly reciprocated!!!

Silly doodle but ages ago a worm appeared underneath my bed and I think being into Astronought has actually been helping with my bug fear quite a lot!!!
So....when is atom's birthday?i was thinking about this a bit cuz i was making art for a few other characters from other games for their birthdays!but it had hame to me that i didn't actually know when their's was :( if this was already asked,just skip it :P

I went back to see when I first started drafting Atom's character design and it was October 15th, while I started on the in-game sprites on October 22nd:
