So many vegan food restaurant have odd hours where they close early. Sometimes I wish I could open a late night diner were I could serve delicious diner food with a twist like this creamy cracked black pepper tomato soup paired with a jalapeño popper grilled cheese.

Breaking News! The So Delicious cheddar shreds are by far the most realistic cheddar flavor I've ever experienced. It melts like a dream and is ridiculously delicious.

Witches Brew Juice Juice ½ of a large sweet. 1 pear. 2 apples. Ginger root and turmeric. If you are a dog parent juice the sweet potato first, then scrape out all the sweet potato remains from the back of your juicer, mix with water or broth, put in an ice tray and freeze for healthy frosty dog treat snacks!

Spooky Potato & Refried Bean Tacos with Tofutti Sour Cream

I love that Ben & Jerrys made some vegan ice creams but tbh I’m not really down with Unilever the conglomerate that owns them. So I decided to make a spoof ice cream today. 2 frozen bananas blended with a soy creamer, homemade chocolate sauce (warmed full fat coconut milk, mix in vegan chocolate chips stir until melted, dash of sea salt and vanilla. Optional: mix in vegan chocolate protein powder. Chilled.) and walnuts. Yummm!

Jalapeño Mac and Trees is one of my favorite meals. This one was made this a nooch cashew cheese sauce and sprinkled with a vegan ricotta. Yum!
