Adventure, or an attempt of one at least. || Anatula + ????
Tiel nodded, hoping that his face wasn’t turning too crimson at the thought of actually being responsible for showing a woman around the city. He would have to be on his best behaviour. No tree-climbing. He doubted that Zoras had any talent at climbing, nor any desire to do so. And people gave him strange looks for it sometimes. Stay on the ground, point out the places that people generally flocked to rather than the places that personally interested him most…
“I actually, um… my shop’s just outside the m-market square…” He fished about in his pocket for a bit of paper. He always kept some with him, just in case he was ever overcome with a need to write or draw something. This bit was mostly blank, with an occasional doodle of the city’s skyline - a spire here, the top of a tree there, a tower off in the distance. He jotted down his address, tore it neatly from the sheet and handed it over. Even if he struggled to communicate verbally, he liked to think his handwriting was legible enough to make up for it. Then again, if he couldn’t write nicely then he was definitely in the wrong profession.
“It’s very easy t-to find…” he assured her. “If you - if you do want to, y’know, c-contact me about it…”
Anatula took the paper from Tiel’s hands, reading the address on the sheet, repeating it several times in her head and memorizing it before it “mysteriously” disappeared the moment she returned to her room. Knowing her Naarah she would probably go straight to her father and tell him everything that happened throughout the day. She wouldn’t spare any details. Then he’d probably tell her to make the paper disappear. She wouldn’t put it past her father to shred any sort of contact from “commoners”. Goddesses knew he’d have a fit.
“Thank you Tiel,” Anatula said with a polite smile, her webbed hand running over his handwriting. “Beautiful handwriting,” she murmured more to herself then to him. She’d seen Hylian script but his was particularly appealing to her for some reason. “I’ll contact you as soon as I’m able, thank you again.” Anatula repeated, standing and bowing respectfully in Tiel’s direction.
Opening up her umbrella, Anatula walked down the steps of the gazebo. Waving to Tiel and watching as Naarah scrambled to pick up the various bags and follow after Anatula before she disappeared off into the crowd.
