Went on site for an upcoming renovation project. The client is an owner of a metal house(寮å±), which is built in the 50s in Hong Kong because of war in order to accommodate all the poor and refugees. These are later on rebuilt approved by the Government with written red marks for their offsprings to continue living in these house, and are called red marked house (ē“ åå±). The area outside the approved dimension are own by others usually the offsprings of those who donāt even know they own these lands, as a result these lands are fenced by different villagers and are taken as their own for different purposes such as gardening or farming.
