Andre parked outside of the Venue so that he could light one up before going in. In his car was @pierce-xo @queencarterrpg and @thenymphera.

Nya chuckled, she didn't understand why they even put up with Dutchess' young ass anyways. They should have expected the headache from a 16 year old, but she wasn't one to judge. "We know the task at hand." She interjected, hoping the two of them wouldn't start going back and forth.

The vixen exited the car, and let the sun hit her body. Out of habit, she started scanning the room as the ladies walked into the building. It looked like the crowd had potential, so in work mode she went. Nya branched off from the ladies and went to another end of the bar. The bate was out, and now all she needed was a bite.

I’m going to be in Long Beach for the next week.” Armani was one of the newest lawyers in NY making a name for herself. She comes from one of the most prestigious families in New York. She made her splash on the scene when she got an upcoming rapper off of a Rico case. It was a tough battle, but she came out still breathing. However, it put her on some of the most wealthiest, and criminal men of the state’s radar. 

The money was good for he case, but working around that environment toughened her up. At times she felt like her client should be locked up, but she had a job to do. Her job was what brought her to LA. Smith was somebody she worked with once, but it was one of her most easiest cases at the time. When the file was faxed over she laughed, because this was going to be a tough one. She had the details, but she needed to know who he was exactly and how crazy he got. 

“Thank you for meeting me, I’m Ms. Gatts. I wanted to meet today to get a clearer picture about Mr. Rivera. I read the file on the case, but I know from experience those are just the cliff notes.” She sat across from Dro. From what she heard, he knew the most about her new client.

Dro took his seat and scoped out his surroundings. Mike told him about Ms. Gatts, so he trusted it. “Not sure what information you got on your end, but DuanJuan was arrested on murder charges, racketeering, drug possession, and firearm possession.”

Everything DuanJuan had done, had no lies. He was one of the most craziest niggas out there, but one thing he knew, is that Duan worked for Carlos, and did everything for Carlos. Carlos was the one making all the moves, Duan was just his fuckin’ puppet willing to do anything to get in good with his own family. “I won’t lie to you Ms. Gatts, this shit will be much more harder, I’m sure you know that, but I do know, that Carlos fuckin Rivera is to blame for everything Duan is in there for. Framed, if you will.”

Andre took his beanie off and took a rolled joint from behind his ear. He folded his beanie up, placed the dro’ between his lips. “You mind?”

She nodded and took notes as she listened. “Carlos’ name popped up a couple times, but not enough which means ratting him out is not a question.” Most men that reaches Duan’s stature usually live by a code, and she respected it. However, she could do something with this.

“What’s Carlos’ problem, money, loose pussy, Duan take his territory? Get into the good stuff.” She ordered a drink. “Do you.”

“I can’t speak for Duan Ms. Gatts,” Dro took a pull of his joint and exhaled. “I don’t know what either of them want. Power maybe. Who don’t want that?” He licked his lips. “The two brothers are one in the same almost, except for Duan…he looks up to his brother you know, so he is willing to do whatever for him. Why? I don’t know. I been tellin’ him that he was being used.”

Andre sat up and leaned forward. “Ms. Gatts, thats why we with Mike now…we left Carlos and we working for him. Carlos is pretty much into everything. He got operations that need to be shut down, but honestly, I don’t have to worry about that…Mike is already handling that. I just need my boy outta there…and I guess thats where your expertise comes in.”

Armani thought Dro would know more, or atleast be privy to what was going on. It was a longshot, but she got another name that could help her. There had to be reasons for the feud, especially with Duan jumping ships now. “His girl Jazmina, how solid is she? Don’t get into details about her occupation, but would she be worth talking to, or is she just a play thing. It looks from some of the notes they wanted to pin her down to, but that fizzled quickly.”

Armani needed some kind of angle. Having a meet with Carlos was something she wanted to wait on. If she could handle it without cutting too many deals that would be a plus. Mike said she had her work cut out for her, and she did.
