Blink 182 is everything to me. They were there first punk band I heard at 8 years old, that got me into every other punk band, that basically raise me as my favorite parent. They're perfect in that they're flawed. They always adapter and change, and when they hit a road block, they don't force anything for the sake of selling records. They showed me it was ok to be awkward, weird, dress differently, act like a kid, and make dick jokes. I learned you can do all of that, while still taking what you do seriously, and being as creative as possible. They're like family I've always had but never known.
