I think this is both rude and obnoxious. What could have been solved with a simple and polite, ‘thanks for the compliment, but I do enjoy slash, sorry to ruin your preconceptions about me’, turned into ‘LOL HERE’S SOME SLASH’. 

Listen, just because you know you’re a slash shipper, not everyone else knows, especially if you’re low-key about it. When you’re as popular in the fandom as she is, you’d think a little leeway could be given to fans. I know it’s not a requirement as an artist, but it sure makes you look like less of an asshole.

ALSO, just because someone doesn’t like slash in the Supernatural fandom doesn’t make them some sort of leper. God forbid someone not want to ship brotherly incest or ship slash at all. I get that your ~fangirl goggles~ make you see more than is probably there, but some of us are more interested in everything else that’s going on in the show than trying to figure out if Cas stared two second too long at Dean and that means TWU WUV.
