Because clearly, I have nothing to do* and I am an adult**, here are my observations on the most important part of British cuisine: bisquits. So far I have tried:

custard creams = YES PLEASE.

bourbons = also good, although I do think I prefer custard creams.

nice = the name is funny, and also accurate, because they indeed are very nice.

shortbread = strange flavour (salty?), but I like them. I like the hole-y brick kind best; the flavour is the strongest, you have to appreciate the decisiveness.

fig rolls = strange, yet intriguing. Although dunking in hot tea is recomended.

chocolate-covered digestives = not bad, but not my favorites. the first bite is always weird.

ginger nuts = I am too weak to handle this level of bisquit. Even when dunked. I do suspect the taste might be acquired if attempted long enough, though.

I shall continue my research in the three weeks I have left here.

If you’ll accept recommendations for further fields of study, I would recommend investigating HobNobs and Jammy Dodgers. Dunking is definitely a must for the former.
