#throwback to the 3 Youth Camps in December that I had the privilege and honour of ministering at: 3. @bcyfusion #AWAKENING2022 2. @nextgen.dumc #nxgthereturn22 1. @harvestyouthklg #HYCIGNITE Youth Camps, done well, are powerful and can be very significant in the shaping of a young person’s life - both spiritually and naturally! I am blessed to be able to continue sowing into the next generation and the lives of young people. It remains my passion and calling, and I am grateful to partner with so many great leaders and pastors who share the same heart and mind: Pastors @jonroberts92, @terry_yeow and @reubengen! 1 January 2023 | On this date, my wife and I were officially released from @actschurch with blessing, to embark on a new adventure of planting a brand new church after @j4yloh and I heard the Lord’s call clearly to do so. — There was (and still is) of course a myriad of mixed feelings. 20+ years in @actschurch / AYA /@urtherevolution: These have been the best years of my life! And it has been an absolute privilege, honour and joy to have been a part of this amazing movement, church family and journey of faith and obedience. We have learned and grown so much under the leadership and love of Pastors @prkennethchin and @sandrachin2014, and through the friendship, fellowship and partnership with everyone in this great family. So many beautiful memories built together, so many milestones reached together, so many miracles experienced together. Though Jay and I, like a ‘new marriage’ — where a son and a daughter would each “leave & cleave” — will now be starting our own ‘new family’ — we consider ourselves ‘always family’ and we continue to serve the same King of kings, and His Kingdom! We will be cheering Acts/AYA/Revo on, and we will continue to pray for God’s best in all that He has called on Acts to do and be. We will miss you all and love you all. Especially Pastors Kenneth & Sandra - you both will always be our spiritual father and mother, and our mentors. We honour you both and love you both very much. As your spiritual son and daughter, we continue to walk by faith and obey God and glorify Him, we hope we make you both proud ❤️ And we still also particularly miss @actsteens so so much! But #ActsTeens really is in the best of hands! God is the Master Builder, and He’s prepared an amazing team for such a time as this! And same goes for Revo! What’s the best gift you’ve received this Christmas? Or at any Christmas? I think of two most important ones. 1) The gift of Jesus. Christmas is Jesus. Without Him, not only does Christmas have no meaning; life has no meaning. 2) The gift of family.
