So if you are looking for a unique travel experience during your trip to Vietnam, a journey to hunt clouds in Ta Xua is definitely what you should be after. :) . P.S. This is a quite high altitude place, so you will feel closer to the sun. Use sunblock while trekking. (My face's skin has sunburned and peeling) hahaha
I will never forget the 4°C bitterly cold morning in a village on a beautiful mountain when the sun rose together with a vast sea of cloud ocean right in front of my eyes. Embrace guys, this is Ta Xua, the floating sea of clouds! For a moment I'm turned silent, hoping fervently that the awesome sight I was beholding would last longer. Heaven never felt closer to me! . Since Ta Xua is a quite new travel destination among foreign tourists, so I want to share some of my experience to travel here recently. (Sharifuddin Lennon) I'll very glad to introduce this awesome destination to all those who looking for a unique travel experience in Vietnam. . Ta Xua is a range of mountains in Bac Yen, District of Son La province, lying in the north of Vietnam and around 240km from Hanoi heading to Laos. It forms a natural border between the two province Yen Bai and Son La. The highest peak in Ta Xua in 2865m. The three mountain tops form a line which looks like the rough back of a dinasour. That's why this place also called "dinasour backbone". . Trekking here used to be the real challenge. However, the route to dinasour backbone has become much more easily accessible, thanks to the construction of a new routes leading quite close to one of the mountains. During my trip recently, I only had to trek for around 2km. We can also hire local people to bring us ride on there, but its not recommended because of high risk to falls down. Hehehe . Ta Xua is most popular for a special phenomenon around its mountains, the formation of thick clouds, making travelers feel like standing right in heaven. . HOW TO GET TO TA XUA? . Getting here is quite difficult. Before I get to here, I was stay in Sapa. So, from Sapa, I take a bus to Lao Cai, (1 hour) and then I take a bus to Son La. (8 hours) from Son La, I take a bus to Phu Yen, (4 hours) and from Phu Yen, I book a 'xe om' (motorbike taxi) for a quite long distance to Ta Xua (1 hour), and in this village there is only one hostel for travelers to stay. Quite cheap, only VND 60K per night. . *** If you from Hanoi, you can take a bus to Son La, and the

Bali Holy Spring Water Temple or also known as Tirta Empul Tampak Siring. The spring water is used for various religious ceremonies. And according to a source, there are 3 important purposes of this holy water; Tirta Gering - cleaning of bad and evil spirits, Tirta Merta - prosperity and Tirta Sudhamala - for purifying body and soul. The view of Mount Bromo and Mount Batok from Mount Penanjakan, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, Surabaya, Indonesia. At this time, Mount Bromo still actively and constantly belches white sulfurous smoke causing the whole area including Segara Wedi (sea of sand) to be closed. Few days ago, we managed to hike Mt. Julian Grassland (read:not the peak) at Kangding in Sichuan province-- it's moderate trail and the view was extremely wonderful!!! You just need 2 hours from Zhilam Hostel to the grassland and 1 hour get back to the hostel (read: i am not staying at zhilam hostel)-- it was worth to hike!! ⛰: Mt. "After I done with Minoh Park, I decide to go back to Arashiyama. I was thinking to get up to Senkoji Temple but it was already too late. The temple closed at 5:00PM and I was the at the entrance at 4:30PM. I ended up here infront of Hoshinoya Hotel. After finish shooting, I got back to Togetsukyo Bridge and sit there by the river waiting for sunset. The harmonic tones of the clear flowing river is really soothing for the mind and soul. About 10 minutes before sunset, I got stung by a wasp while try to pickup my bag. I had to cut my trip short again and return to Osaka and find a clinic." I went to Minoh Park on day 14 of my trip to Japan. It is located on north of Osaka and take about 50 minutes from Dobutsuen-mae station in Osaka to Mino-O Station. I arrived at 8:30AM and continue walking along paved road for 2 hours. Along the trail you will be accompany by green scenery of the forest and sound of the river flow below. You also can try a Momiji Tempura, maple leaves fried in a sweet batter with sesame, which is famous in Minoh. When I first arrived in Iceland I met up with a friend who wanted to go hiking. I showed up to the Reykjavík campground completely unprepared. Our definition of hiking was very different and he began to introduce me to backpacking. We started by digging though the recycled hiking gear to find myself appropriate attire. Our trip from Skógafoss to Thórsmörk started with the view of this waterfall. Three months later I returned to the same waterfall to think about the ways in which this place has changed me since. Arnarstapi or Stapi is a small fishing village at the foot of Mt. Stapafell between Hellnar village and Breiðavík farms on the southern side of Snæfellsnes, Iceland. It's about 2 hours drive from Reyjavik by car. During winter, all the main attraction around Snæfellsnes are closed to public. During Spring you can see Puffin birds around Arnarstapi.
