My Vessel OCs, Holly and Needle. I love drawing them in chibi form, it's very soothing!

I received some comments and messages before about making them a couple, and I just wanted to say that I'm well aware that all Vessels are the offspring of the Pale King and the White Lady, and thus siblings. The idea I had for my characters was that Holly and Needle were aware of their origins, and recognized each other as Vessels, but after growing closer decided to become a pair anyway.

I understand the concern, and it's not that I'm into that sort of thing, I just wanted to create a Hollow Knight OC couple and decided to make them both Vessels because they're my favorite characters from the game. That's honestly it.

I also decided to make them a pair! So they are now happy Vessel girlfriends and I love them very much...

Collection of concepts I did a while ago of a new Vessel OC that I've been thinking about for some time! Starting with some initial horn shape ideas to finding a final design, I did these over a few days just before New Year's so it went by pretty quickly gfhjkgf

Also made some weapon sketches, I decided on the middle broadsword design but I like the bow, arrow and quiver enough so I hope I can find some use for them in the future!

So a bit of information about this girl.. she's Needle's (my other Vessel OC) traveling companion! Ever since I created her I've been wanting to give her a friend, but I hadn't really gotten around to designing one until now.

She wears a cloth cape/poncho that covers her torn cloak, an idea I had pretty early on. I think it compliments Needle's long, red cloak pretty well! Overall super happy with how she turned out!

I kind of left this on a cliffhanger, huh? Well.. wait no more!

This is my Vessel OC who I've decided to name Needle! She's quite shy, doesn't talk very much but still loves to be in the company of her friends. She enjoys nature, adventuring and discovering new places. She's kind at heart and wants to help any creatures who might be hurt.

She carries a nail but isn't a very good fighter, it's mostly used for defensive purposes and she prefers to avoid battles anywhere she can! She instead relies on stealth and her athletic skills to quickly hide in the shadows, and tends to travel among the trees and foliage in lush forests.

This is a bit unusual from me, I don't draw body horror very much but I really liked this character and wanted to give it a try! It's rather mild but I'll tag it anyway just to be sure.
