Littles with mental disorders

These little darling things deserve to be littles and deserve to age regress. Your not crazy or anything. Your unique, your amazing, and you have such a beautiful mind. No matter your disorder, your still human like the rest of us.

Me being a little with BPD(Borderline Disorder):

It gets to be a little hard. Why? Because you soon start to feel like your not normal or that your crazy. You feel like noone understands you. Sometimes, it causes me to blow out on my friends and ruin my friendships, which I hate the most because I hate being alone. Even after apologizing so many times and not being forgiven, I felt like it was all my fault and that I still couldn't be understood. Your emotions sometimes changes rapidly and you never know what you could feel next. BPD isn't some crazy disorder where it states your crazy and don't deserve anything. BPD is only a mental personality disorder. It's not bad but it's not good. Soon you'll know how to control it. For anyone out there with BPD like me, your strong. You will get through this. No matter who you lose and no matter what happens, me and other people that truly care will be there for you. I promise

For anyone going through a hard time right now or having a mental health break:

Hey, it's okay. I'm here for you. I'll always be here. Even if others won't understand, it's okay. We all need a break every now and then and it's fine. What should matter to you is your choice. Noone else's choice or opinion.

Example of rules to give to your little:

Eat 2+ a day

No cursing

No back-talk

Bedtime is at (##:##) on school days, (##:##) on weekends

No self-harm in any form

Never lie to CG

Always be hygienic

Always do chores

These are just a few examples. There's even more.

What is age regression?

Age regression is when somebody reverts to a child-like state of mind, often as a coping mechanism.

Depression

Anxiety
