Was feeling pretty down about the scale still not moving even though I'm back on plan, so I decided to make a collage of pictures from today and a year ago! Short hair and peach shirt are from a year ago, gray tank and the bottom right face pic are from right now. I'm down from a very tight 4x shirt and 30/32 palazzo pants to a solid XL shirt and size 20 pants (would be 18, but my belly won't go down). I've come a long way, but I still have a long way to go, I just hope that I can get to the gym soon and get the scale moving again! Was feeling pretty down about the scale today, I'll be down 5 lbs once day then up 7. So I decided to do a comparison shot to show how far I've come in 7 months. The pictures on the left are today, a size XL workout outfit, and the ones on the right are pre-op, not even at high weight, wearing a 50DD bra and 4x underwear from Lane Bryant. This definitely helped my mood! I've come so far even if I don't see it every day.
