A Three Woman's Cell
Luga watched a go off into the woods. She waited until she couldn’t see her anymore before she sat down on the ground, exhausted. She looked at the hand that was holding her staff and saw that her knuckles were white and her hands were shaking. ‘Get a grip, Luga,’ she thought to herself, ‘people are relying on you.’ She took a moment to compose herself and stood back up. She was dusting off her skirt when she heard a twig snap behind her. Her ears twitched and she plastered on a fake smile and prepared herself for a fight.
“I didn’t expect you back so soon, Mira,” she started, not turning around. “But I supposed there’s a reason for that.” As she looked straight ahead, her eyes flashed green then back to her original yellow. She gritted her teeth and smiled naturally, “I suppose that’s because, you’re not Mira are you?” She turned around calmly and her smile got wider. “No, of course not, there’s way to many of you.” She laughed at her own joke and crossed her arms. “Didn’t your mothers teach you not to gang up on a defenseless girl?” She began to walk forward. They didn’t seem to know what to do. Excellent. “I suppose so, but they also should’ve taught you to never underestimate a girl. You should’ve attacked me when you had the chance.” She turned around once she had walked past them and slammed her hand that wasn’t holding her staff on the ground. She looked back up at them, her cat-like eyes now green. She spoke softly, practically singing the words. “Solar Demon’s Vine Majoris.”
She didn’t bother to turn around as she heard the yell and cries of her attackers. Good thing they weren’t capable mages or she might have really been in trouble. With a wave of her hand she put out the campfire that they had lit. Not that it would do much. If those idiots found them even with the magic, who knows who else would. Her eyes widened at the thought of Erza and Mira. She had to find them. She had to find them fast.
Erza groaned. This group was not the most experienced she’d come by, but there were a bunch of them. She hoped she could evade them, without injuring anyone too harshly. They were not the targets, afterall.
After a pause, she called out at them. “Who are you?" Pause. “And what do you want?" It was less than likely that they’d respond, but she needed to send a message anyway. Perhaps she might even search them for any information. It wouldn’t hurt.
As she dodged yet another dozen knives, she sighed a bit. How to eliminate them? What should she do? The mage glanced around quickly, leaping off the tree. She landed gracefully on the ground and through her right hand up as her body shone, one armor changing into the next. “Heaven’s Wheel…" she murmured. A sharp feeling hit her as her swords flew through the air. She heard a few sharp cries, and in confusion they mild attack caused, she sprinted through the trees and away.
Hopefully that was the end of that part. Hopefully, her teammates were okay.
he shadow figure was jumping from one tree to another within second. It was so fast, even the Demon, Mirajane couldn't keep up with. 'How troublesome.' The takeover Mage thought. She didn't expect the enemies to make a move so quickly. If they already sent someone after her, then there's a high chance that Erza and Luga are in the same situation as well. Mirajane went back to focus on the shadow figure, finally, the figure made their move by charged toward, attacking her up front. Mirajane crossed her hands together to shape like an X and blocked the attack, but it was powerful enough to pushed her backward. The figure then went back to jump around from one tree to another.
Was this their strategy to confused her, or show off their speed or to hide their identity...? Well, whatever they tried to do, it didn't work. Mirajane had encounter mages and demons with greater speed and secondly, she had already seen the face of the figure when they attacked. Or should she say, He. Mirajane had enough of this, there's no time to waste, it's already nightfall. Mirajane jumped forward dodging anothet attack from the man that had been swiftly moving around, with her hand touched the ground and she shouted.
"Satan Soul: Takeover!"
Her huge purple magic circle opened up on touch of her head, her body began to light up. It was the only source of light Beside the bright moon up in the sky. And no longer Mirajane was the sweet, beautiful cover girl that she was a few second ago. Her face had chance, her outfit, even her hair-do. Her body released a tremendous wave, strong enough the break the ground beneath her and clearing up everything surrounding her. Slowly stood back up, a smirk formed upon her face, her Satan Soul transformation was now complete!
