I am leaving tumblr for good.

No, I am not deleting my blogs. It will remain like the cold, dead reminder of what tumblr used to be for me. I am honestly so damn disappointed in @staff and tumblr as a whole.

My AO3 will hopefull be updated with my stories, one-shots, and drabbles. My pictures/art will be more likely on my discord. I am considering reopening my Wattpad, as I haven't used it in a while. I do have a pillowfort, but I am going to wait to use that entirely until much later.

The Stages of Grief

Hi everybody.

@vgstims sent me this crying statue gif this morning and it hit me hard. I suddenly realized that I was in grief, dealing with the death of Tumblr as I knew it for over 4 years.

I never realized just how powerful an online community can be and to see it die is very tough to experience.

I just thought I’d share this with my followers, which believe it or not, is a little short of 50,000 on Tumblr, at 49,516.

The goal of my blog, as a fighter, was to bring the fight gym to Tumblr, to make it as real as possible for my followers, to have them experience virtually what a fight gym would feel like and what Manliness means.

I hope that I did that for all of of you!

As I said previously, I’ll continue to post until Tumblr takes me down, fight to the end!

When I took my Bloodborne Pathogens class and test to become a tattoo artist, they told us that 1 in 4 sexually active adults have an STD and HALF of those people don’t know it. Did you touch your junk AT ALL? WASH YOUR HANDS.

Also that some forms of hepatitis can be transferred through skin (sweat, etc) and can live on surfaces OUTSIDE the human body for up to 2 weeks.

(Which makes me paranoid as hell about pulling the handles of restroom doors to get out, or about people who go clubbing because ewww whose hands were on that (table, bar, door, you name it))

When I took microbiology class we learned that every time a toilet flushes there are minute particles of water released into the air and they can carry fecal bacteria. They land on the surrounding surfaces so even if you don’t touch your junk, you touch the door handle, tap handle, etc. You don’t know who’s been in the loo doing what or when the last time the hard surfaces had a good clean was.
