Welp we were lied to again.

1.11 of Bad Piggies 2 has released and yeah. No sandbox mode.

Instead the star collecting levels are the sandboxes and they didn't actually mean proper BP1 sandboxes and only sandboxes by general definition but eh, they knew what they were doing (even had it as a seperate part on the patch notes so yeah def intentional)

also said the update has the ability to have multiple buttons for the same part placed in seperate directions like BP1 had but its no where to be seen, maybe next update or something idk

The patch notes for Bad Piggies 2 1.11 have been revealed and it's planned to release later today! It'll introduce a score system and levels where you collect stars, alongside a leaderboard for the saga map and the return of the cartoony text VFX from BP1!

The two biggest additions are sandboxes, seemingly working like they do in the original Bad Piggies, alongside versus levels where you compete against other players!

Except all of the years are wrong except for Space.

A lot of important games are missing.

The descriptions are copy and pasted from store pages and when not, they're seemingly AI generated which, yeah, screw off.

The pride hat set in AB2 is being reran again. Not rlly anything to say but yknow it's neat.

Something to note is that there's an unused version of the loading screen with Jo to represent their duck reskin used on the Play Store image for the event (although ig it's sorta false advertising so makes sense).

The next Angry Birds Friends Tournament has been announced to be a collaboration with the National Park Foundation, titled "Wings of Freedom". The tournament will feature multiple themes ig across its 3 parts, all based off of different US parks.

Version 1.10 of Bad Piggies 2 has released. Some minor changes is that it removes XP for the time being due to it being useless for now, changes the part icons and fan model and adds text saying "SPLASH!" when you fall in the water.

The main additions to the update is a new level select screen sorta reminiscent of older Angry Birds games but at the same time it's navigated like a modern one. New timed levels where you have to beat the level in a limited time has also been added.
