And while he did believe the phrase ‘time is credit’, he also knew the dangers of ‘the crunch’ and had too often felt the effects of ‘burnout’. Every day, he’d have to break himself out of his old conditioning to allow some time to relax. His favorite breaktime activity... was to bring a cup of whatever his workers were serving that day and go out to the Relay’s concourse to go peoplewatching. Over the course of his break, Larunda had become oddly busy. More and more people were visiting the Relays every day-- A steadily increasing rate of Tenno, friendly Ostrons, and more recently, members of the Solaris colony. He could usually pick his own Perrin out from the crowd easily enough, but lately it was becoming harder and harder...
