I can help you with some of the studying if we go to the apartment after dinner.
Once again, I find myself having to tell you how wonderful you are. Now, letâs go eat!

Bonfire Night
First holiday of the school year - Labor Day and Chadwick was incredibly bored! Never on his life did he wished that he actually had classes to go to. He flopped on his bed and let out a frustrated groan. Like any other day, Chadwickâs brain hopped, skipped, jumped and twirled its way to an idea. Slowly, he got up and began dialing someone, âHey, bonfire tonight at Lake Fantasia?â

Anita was ahead of her class work for once. For the first time in three weeks she felt as though she actually could have some fun, so when her phone rang, she grinned. It was Chad, so there had to be some sort of social event involved. âHey Chad! Yeah, that sounds awesome, Iâll see if Roger wants to tag along too before I head down!â

Isnât it sad that we have to already? Itâs barely September! I do hope so though. I mean, it will make our career goals come true at least. Besides being buried in homework, how are you?
Right! Itâs so sad.. Youâre right, though, it should all be worth it because itâs mostly relevant to what we want to do, but at the same time the extra work outside of the class can get a little unnecessary, thatâs for sure. But Iâm good! Trying to keep up with my social life in the midst of it all. How about you??
rogerradcliffe:
Haha. Perfect.
And then to the library.. or honestly I may just be terrible and go back to the apartment because all I really want is food and to not study..
Riddle of the Day: 1 Sep 2017
I always follow my brother, although very different we are. You can see him, but not me. You can hear me, but not him. What am I?
Hmmm. Is it a shadow??
rogerradcliffe:
Wanna get some italian? Iâm really in the mood for spaghetti and garlic bread actually.
Mmmhm, garlic bread, yes!! That sounds perfect, actually.Â

I feel like Iâm really going to love my classes this semester. They keep getting harder as I go, but that just means it will be more worthwhile in the end, right? How is everyone else faring?Â
I know what you mean. I love them, but I feel like Iâm already feeling the burn, and by looking at the syllabus for each class, I know Iâm in for a rough one, but like you said, itâll be worth it!
rogerradcliffe:
âAs if I could ever refuse my girl anything? And studying is probably a good idea what with a test this week and everythingâ
âOh yay!! What should we get? What are you in the mood for?â

rogerradcliffe:
âThatâs fair. I mean, I know you need your space from time to time. I like to think that I have gotten fairly good at reading your moodsâ he grinned as he tugged her gently down the street again when something caught her eye and he realized her brain was still looking for inspirations and working through design ideas. âYou spend too much time in your own head ya know?â He teased her as he pulled her away.
âYou have! Youâve gotten really good.â she told him with a smile, âAnd I like to give you your space to work as well.â she looked over at him and a few short moments later she stopped to look towards something. She wasnât entirely sure what she was searching for, but she knew she was looking for some sort of new inspiration. It wasnât until Roger tugged at her hand before she realized she had actually stopped. âOh? Hm?â she shook her head, âI know, I know I do.. I need to work on that..â
rogerradcliffe:
Roger grinned at the kiss to his cheek before following her toward the door, grabbing her around the waist. âI should hope Iâm your favorite person since youâre dating me and living with meâ he teased her with a smile and a kiss to the temple. âNow, lets go find some ice creamâ he said to her as he released her from his arms and took her hand in his.
âWell, yeah, that is a pretty dead set giveaway, because living with other people isnât exactly my favorite thing to do, but so far so good here.â she teased him with a smirk, but it was true, she did value her alone time. She laced her fingers with his as she opened the door with her free hand and headed out of their apartment.Â
rogerradcliffe:
Roger was in the other room, tinkering away with his instruments and trying to compose a new work for class but he was quickly losing steam as he had been working straight through for the last few hours. He smiled when he heard his name from the other room and stopped playing, getting up and heading into the other room with a smile. âIce cream sounds delicious my dear. Now, up so we can goâ he teased her, grabbing for her hand to tug her up to her feet.
She smiled when she saw Roger appear and reach down to get her up. She grabbed his hand and with his help pulled herself up to her feet. âYouâre without a doubt my favorite person.â she stood on her tip toes for a moment so she could plant a kiss on his cheek before slipping into her shoes.
belle-desrosiers:
âI think I could always eat. What were you thinking of getting? Sure, I could always use another excuse to crack open a book. The libraryâs always enticing to me.â
âPerfect! I was thinking Chinese.. Iâm kind of craving some chicken and rice. And yay! The library will be so much better with someone else there..â
âWanna join me for dinner? Iâm starving.. and then I need to go to the library to do a little research for a project if youâre down for a little study/work sesh after.. But I wonât be offended if that part isnât enticing.â she laughed.
soprano-ariel:
Ooh yes! A mix of both! I may have to get a sundae with multiple flavors!
Yes, a sundae with multiple flavors and chocolate syrup to top it off.. and sprinkles..
rapunzel-the-artist:
I definitely understand about being alone. Â But sometimes you just need another person. Â Bounce ideas off of them. Â As long as they donât distract you and prevent you from doing your work. Â Having another artist around is perfect! Â Even if we are different kinds of artist.Â
Yes, some of my favorite inspiration actually comes from other artists, who use different mediums and techniques from me. Donât get me wrong, I like people in my classes, but sometimes itâs nice t o hang out with people studying different art.
soprano-ariel:
Oh birthday cake is delicious. And strawberry. And cookie dough. Thereâs too many flavors to choose from!
Oh strawberry and cookie dough! Goodness, I may have to get multiple scoops.Â
