”You want a do-over? No way! I’m the current holding champion of speed and you missed your opportunity to claim it for yourself.”
Continuously shifts weight on one leg, then the other in a teasing manner.

"So from what I understand, since we've never continued our little race, it means you concede defeat and I am the one who is faster than anyone, huh?"
This woman was seriously gnawing on his last nerve, and he was usually incredibly calm and composed! Clenching his fists, he snapped his gaze off to somewhere in the distance, his braids snapping with it.
Rolling his eyes at her proclamation of protecting her beloved Guan Suo’s honor and so on and so forth, he brought his hand up to gingerly rub at his temples. What had he done to deserve such treatment? Had he not aided those obnoxious girls despite their rude remarks? He was a good person. He did not deserve this.
”I’m being rude?!” He snapped, before shaking his head and attempting to calm himself down, “Look, I will not apologize when I’ve done nothing wrong. However, I am willing to put this behind us. The last thing I need is to make an enemy out of a Shu warrior now that we’re allies.” The Kingdom. It was for the good of the Kingdom. That’s what he had to keep telling himself.
"You are!" Sliding her foot forward and getting into a defensive stance, her eyes widened as he actually backed down. Well that was unexpected given his attitude just a few moments ago. Standing up straight once again and letting out a low sigh, her arms crossed over her chest as she nodded her head. Truthfully, she wanted to beat that apology out of him and then some but she would have to be the bigger person here.
"Fine, just don't do it again. I applaud you for your smart decision making, I guess you Wu strategist really are intelligent and know when to back down." Smirks sarcastically.
The irritation reflected in his usually calm, soft eyes was evident as the girl acted so friendly with him; despite having never even apologized for so rudely interrupting their training! Between her and that stone-hearted maiden with the sword and shield, that day was certainly not a fond memory for Wu’s most heat-eccentric strategist.
"Do you honestly feel as though you have the right to call me weird?” He retorted sharply, before scoffing out of pure indignation. “My attitude is due to the fact that you still feel the need to be a nuisance to me despite mine and Master Zhu Ran’s helping you catch your ridiculous horse thief even after you so wrongly attacked us! I don’t recall hearing a sorry or even so much as a thank you from you either. Your farce of ‘Benevolence’ is really just a far-fetched cover up for your rudeness.”
Though she constantly had her intelligence questioned by many, she definitely wasn't stupid. It wasn't hard for anyone to see just how hostile this little exchange was becoming. Eyebrow still arched upward, it seemed those obnoxiously red, tight pants were guarding something lodged up this boys behind, because the brunette honestly saw no reason for him to talk to her this way. Matching the discourtesy he gave, the hand that was resting on her hip dropped and her eyes narrowed into an even harsher glare.
"Nuisance? I've not done anything but ask you a simple question, what is even the big deal?" Rolling her eyes and looking off to the side as though in disbelief by his angry words, she stifled a bitter laugh. Why was everyone she met lately so rude?
"Don't confuse me for Lord Liu Bei or Lord Liu Shan. Their talk of benevolence is quite frankly, not something I'm interested in. There's only one reason I fight and it's to prove myself in battle as capable and equally matched with those who talk down to me and to protect the honor of my Guan Suo! So you'd better watch the way you're talking to me." Pausing to bring her attention back to him, she continued, not allowing time in between for him to potentially cut her off.
"See, I would have apologized if that's what you were after but seeing how rude you are, I'm glad we didn't! You deserved that beating and you deserve a lot more than that. Now apologize, or else!"
That voice sounded rather familiar — ah yes. This was one of those rude girls that rudely pummeled him and Zhu Ran as they were practicing for a fire attack.
Glancing up to the scantily-clad girl, he scowled ever so slightly. “Why yes, I can. Can you move well enough with all those beads weighing you down?”
Immediately moving a hand onto her hip and glaring as the animosity the boy was showing at her simple and INNOCENT question, became evident, she stared. While it was true that he was decked in red, indicating his alliance with the enemy faction, there was NO reason for him to be so rude! Opening her mouth to retort with something snarky, her eyebrow popped up as though a realization dawned on her.
"Heeey, you're that weird kid! The horse thief---Or rather, the one we thought was the horse thief... What's with your attitude anyways?! Still mad because you got beat by girls?~"

"Can you like---Breathe in those things?" Motions towards his pants.
"It’s not just some unwarranted accusation, woman." He growled lowly, shortening his grip to the end of her braid, before giving it one final, painful tug and releasing her. "I’m as dumb as you are intelligent, and while I know that’s an utter lie, you are crafty and you have taken it before in the past— IN my presence! So don’t act like you’re innocent of all crimes when you’re the only moron that would do such a thing— … Why were you avoiding me?” Arching a brow, he crossed his arms as though waiting to hear the explanation for this one.
That painful tug which would have normally elicited some sort of ear-piercing screech got nothing. Instead, she bit down on her tongue, wincing slightly. He didn't deserve the satisfaction of knowing how painful that really was. Reaching up and rubbing at the sensitive and sore area now, she could feel the tears welling in her eyes. Who just tugged on someones hair anyways?
"... In your presence, exactly. I'm not scared of you nor will I ever be. I've taken everything from you, in your face! Now you're going to pay for nearly yanking off my braid!" Purposely ignores his other question, lunging at him.
"Don’t act so happy, wench.” He remarked, tugging more. “So you admit you’ve done something wrong! My helmet, where is it?! I know you took it, return it to me now!”
"You mean to say you're accusing me again?!" Wincing in obvious pain and reaching back to somehow try to grab at him, she let out another whine.
"I didn't take your stupid helmet, just like I didn't take your stupid gun. I told you last time, that it'd be a while before we saw each other again so tell me... In the midst of all this WHEN WOULD I HAVE TIME TO TAKE YOUR HELMET IF I WAS AVOIDING YOU? ARE YOU DUMB?!"

”There you are, I’ve finally found you again.” Smirking darkly, he yanked her back by one of her braids. “Where is it?”
"Y-You mean you've actually been looking for me---OWIE!!" Tearing up as her braid had just been yanked, she pouted.
"You weren't even supposed to find me--Where is WHAT?!!?"

Reminder that this isn’t canon in-game but something I thought fit.
In modern times, once she was in High School or College I imagine Sanniang would have been a seamstress and jewelry maker. Once she got out of her kitty girl stage in her preteen/early teen years, she'd have picked up beading and sewing, making small things and then moving on to tackling things like dresses and other sorts of clothing. Once older, she would have her own small clothing boutique which would probably look more like a bakery boutique from the outside. Outside the shop would be sort of plain. The walls would be brick and painted a light pale green, with a cloth awning overhead which would read the name of the boutique on it. The door to the shop would be a plain white with a single window. ( Inside of the window all that would seen is colorful beads hanging down on the otherside of the door. ) There'd be a singluar none gendered mannequin on the side of it which changes clothing every single day and a small sign which varies in what it says by day. Once inside, there'd be vibrant colors everywhere. The walls would still be painted that light pale green, but the floors would be wooded. Glass displays could be seen in the back of the rather deep shop and as you neared it, you'd pass by racks and racks of colorful clothing, displaying her unique tastes. From plain everyday clothes, swimsuits, formal wear, wedding wear, all sorts of clothes would be available for both genders. ( It'd be like a large walk-in closet really. ) The glass display cases would all have her own hand made jewelry. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, tiaras, all sorts of colorful nicknacks. There'd be an upstairs too ( mommy and daddy obviously spoiled their little girl ). Though it would only lead to mannequins and her station where she works on custom orders/new ideas. It'd just be very colorful, vibrant and sweet smelling and probably play happy music inside.

{ ❅ }—"…Oh." Just a mere assumption, that was all. And by the words of lighter-haired female, Yuqing could already sense said female was a teasing type-and perhaps one of carefree nature, as by aura itself, the Sima could sense it.
“I see. And no, I…don’t believe we’ve met before.”
With the few simple words exchanged, it was easy to make the assessment of the female before her's personality. In an attempt to not overwhelm the girl with her own sometimes, overbearing personality, she kept an uncharacteristic calmness and gave a small nod.
"Usually that's the cue to introduce yourself, silly." Extending her hand out to Yuqing and giving a playful grin, her other pale hand quickly shot up over her bangs, in a saluting type of motion.
"Like this! Ahem... My name is Bao Sanniang nice to meetcha, what's your name..?"
"No there certainly isn’t, now is there. And yet you were spewing some nonsense about things not working out in this lifetime. Imbecile.”
"I have my reasons, Mooney and I think you know what those reasons are. There were just some things to consider."

"U-Uh, well..." Eyes darted to the side and back, as the brunette carefully thought of an answer. She hadn't even considered the possibility that anyone else would hear her indirect comment.
"I suppose I was just purposely stating the obvious to get under a certain someones skin."
"I'm not worried, so much as making sure they knew, y'know? Though, I've never seen you before... Do I know you?"
"You can try allll you want but there is no replacement for me.~"
As the girl drew closer, Ruolan gave her an appraising once-over, one finger still absentmindedly tracing the engraved pattern that swirled down the length of her blade’s hilt. While she certainly wasn’t an ally, she also didn’t seem like too much of a threat at this point.
And it doesn’t hurt that she’s so cute, she thought, releasing her grip on the blade as she crossed her arms beneath her chest.
"Oh, I wasn’t aware that I was pointing anything at you! My bad," she said, a teasing lilt to her voice. "I hate to disappoint you, but I actually didn’t come here for a fight."
Her eyes settled back on the girl’s clothing again, noting the shade of green that marked her as an ally of Shu.
"…Though from the looks of things, I might’ve walked into one on accident. You’re not really gonna beat me up just for taking a little walk, are you?"
When the woman had mentioned the fact that she hadn't even pointed anything at her, Sanniang realized that she had jumped to conclusions stupidly. Well, when it came to the people of Wei, they were dangerous and conniving, right? She had to be constantly on the defensive! That was her excuse, at least. "Ah, geez..." Embarrassed and averting her gaze, she brought up a hand to scratch at the back of her head as she continued to sheepishly speak. "No, I'm not here to fight either--Besides, if this were a battle I think you just won." Not one to typically admit defeat, she let out an awkward laugh bringing those brown eyes back to meet Ruolan's gaze. "I won't say this again so listen well!" Clears her throat confidently, before contradicting her actions and letting her shoulders fall into a slump. "...Sorry. But..." Tilts her head curiously, arching an eyebrow. "I wouldn't exactly label this as a little walk, now. Are you running away or something?"
