your stomach will shrink. your appetite will lessen. today my mom took my to lunch and ordered me a meal that three months ago, i wouldve finished in ten minutes. i could barely eat even a quarter of the main part of the meal without feeling uncomfortably full. when you arent binging and are restricting, youll see results. youll feel it. itll get easier. just keep pushing and you will get there.
I hate when people say “But you’re skinny now” no like I mean I wanna be skinny skinny.

-make a weekly schedule
-wash your socks
-wash all laundry
-tone your hair if your blonde
-put on some teeth whitening strips
-clean your car
-walk your dog 🐶
-bathe your dog 🐶
-do your homework /study📚
-journal
-wipe down any glass or mirrors in the room
-take out your trash
-walk on a treadmill
-read a book that interests you
-go to the beach and reflect on your progress
