my boyfriend talks in his sleep and I wish it was just cute gibberish but instead it’s TERRIFYING. so far, he has:

sixpenceee I really hope you see this. It’s really good. If you are looking for a good creepy unsettling movie to watch, go watch the Imposter. It is about this 23 year old man who had a really bad childhood, and wants to start over, so he steals the identity of a missing child. He “reunites” with his “family” and they actually believe that it is him. 

The wild thing about this documentary is that it is actually based off a true story and all the information given is true. It has actual footage of him as he was pretending to be this missing child. It’s a good example of how one lie can lead to many more, and you can end up in DEEP shit. 

Luckily it IS on Netflix. I really suggest you watch it. I’m not really into documentaries but this one REALLY freaked me out.

And speaking of pronouns, flat-out my favorite part of the LOTR Appendices is when it’s revealed that the Gondorian dialect of the Common Speech differentiates between formal and informal second-person pronouns but the distinction’s been lost in the Hobbit’s dialect, so Pippin’s blithely been using familiar terms of address with the Lord of the City, and thus helps to explain both why the Gondorians are so ready to assume he’s a prince and why Denethor finds him so amusing to have around.
