-gets picked up by Mark Tremonti to form the supergroup Alter Bridge
-gets picked up by fucking SLASH to do his solo albums
-continues to work with both groups AND other artists cause everyone loves working with him
-says “fuck it imma do an acoustic album”
-proceeds to make a beautiful ass album full of blues and folk songs, like the one above
-does ANOTHER album with slash
-turns around and puts out this heavy treasure with the guitarist from Lamb of God today:
