Gotta stop feeling guilty for living my own life, making my own decisions, doing what's best for me. I don't have to be a reflection of other people's desires, I don't have to be what they projected, I can be an individual and make choices based on my own basic needs without feeling like I'm selfish. I have to stop putting myself in the last place. My needs are valid too. I am an individual, I am my own person, I get to live my life the way I want to without the pressure to please everyone.
