Massive fan of Joe and his music and acting but holy fuck, people are downright obsessed??? Like parasocial??? And borderline stalking??? I’m scared lowkey

I think we can all agree that Joe is amazing. He's handsome, humble and talented. A lethal combination.

I believe most of the obsession and parasocial behavior is due to the fact that he used to be so accessible. Which, I suppose he still is to an extent but not so much since his fame has gained so much momentum over the last couple of years.

As I have said and will continue to say, people should log off and touch grass from time to time. It's not that deep.

speaking of heartbreak/sadness and Joe Keery:

I'm still so disappointed (and pissed off) that Netflix didn't include him in the Emmys fyc list. But well, they fucked up all things related to Stranger Things, so I shouldn't be surprised.

He did a great job even with the weak script. His scenes with Gaten felt so genuine, he deserves the praise. ):

I was upset as well, but I really think that blame would fall back on the Duffer's and their terrible writing.

I agree the scenes with Gaten were very heartfelt and I'm glad that Steve finally got his "ah ha" moment, if you will but unfortunately I still feel like his character is seen mostly as the comic relief.

to the anon that feels lost in their 20s I’m 27 turning 28 and I can say that I’m young enough to remember how I felt in my early 20s since it was only a few years ago but at the same time old enough to realize I’m close to my 30s… anyway what I’m trying to say is that everything will work out! As long as you try to be kind and do your best you will be okay. You will make friends and find people who love you for you… you’ll get a job - the first one you’ll probably hate and realize you wanna do something entirely different.
