🥮Mooncake new dough recipes🥮

Dough 1 :

2 cups all porpouse flour

1 Small egg

4 tbsp butter

4 tbsp milk powder

2 tbsp syrup /honey

1/3 cup water

A binch of salt

Dough 2 :

1 cup rice flour

1 cup potato starch

1 small egg

4 tbsp butter

4 tbsp milk powder

2 tbsp syrup

1/3 cup water (more or less if needed, the dough shouldn’t be sticky or too hard in between)

5 drops vanilla extract

Dough 3 :

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup Almond flour

1 Small egg

4 tbsp butter

4 tbsp milk powder

2 tbsp syrup /honey

1/3 cup water

A binch of salt

1 tbsp sugar

5 drops vanilla extract
