How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen? I know when I need to unplug. I start feeling like I’m going to explode! Painting with pouring paint

Did this with that toxic fumed pouring acrylic paint and now it’s outside to dry so I don’t get a headache. Probably will look different by the time it dries. The last one did.
