All of this is moot to me when the ADULTS calling her out attached barely censored semi-nude photos of this minor in a separate PUBLIC callout doc, and then refused to remove them when I called THAT out, saying that "the minor gave me permission to include them".
It doesn't matter if she gave you "express permission", if she was 16 when you (AN ADULT) saved those photos of her, SHE COULD NOT CONSENT TO YOU POSTING THEM.
... Like.. dude? How is it that a minor can't consent to commissioning art from an adult, but CAN consent to having almost naked photos of her posted online for the world to see?? What is that logic.

Breaking DNIs sucks but if it's not a legal contract it's not legally binding, thus the adults she commissions cannot get her into legal trouble, and if they don't even know she's 17, she can't get THEM into legal trouble. If this minor has posted that they are receiving psychological help and are trying to do better, why are we still running them off the internet when they aren't even tagging their posts or reaching out to people who are allegedly "so scared of what she might do". What she might do is get a life, which frankly everyone involved in this bullshit should do. Sure, warn 18+ artists that she's 17, but if she isn't commissioning or interacting with NSFW anyway this seems like such a nonissue. I don't agree with, and I will not defend, a lot of the behavior that the minor displayed when she was 16, but when she has repeatedly tried to apologize, seek help, and move on with her life, and not bother with anyone anymore, she's clearly still hunted down like this??
