Catherine was informed of her cancer diagnosis after she received the pathology report(s) which came to her weeks after the surgery

Catherine never should have felt forced to reveal her personal, private medical information to the public.

This isn’t a good scone recipe and it’s overly complicated and too many ingredients (for no reason). It’s not a bloody cake.

Here’s one and it’s the real deal.

The Country Women’s Association (CWA) of Australia is renowned for its classic scone recipe, which is celebrated for its simplicity and reliability.

Ingredients.

Self-raising flour: 4 cups (in the USA, use plain white flour and two teaspoons of baking powder)

Cream: 1 cup

Milk: 1 cup (full cream is best)

Instructions

Preparation: Preheat oven to a high temperature (approximately 220 degrees Celsius). 410 Fahrenheit.

Mixing: Sift the self-raising flour into a bowl. Add the cream and milk to the dry ingredients. Use a knife to mix until a soft dough forms; avoid using a spoon.

Shaping: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Pat it out to a thickness of about 2.5 cm (1 inch). Use a floured scone cutter to cut out scones, ensuring to lift the cutter straight up and down without twisting. You can also use a small drinking cup.

Baking: Place the scones on a lined baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are lightly browned on top. Middle shelf or the tops will burn.

Serving: Allow the scones to cool slightly before serving. They are traditionally enjoyed with strawberry jam and cream.

She was definitely in love with him and tried so hard to play along and keep it a secret to protect him. He feels mad at her? Or that he does trust that she’s a famous celebrity and feels like she did this on purpose (leak the story?). He also feels like he made a bad judgement call on trusting her? He looks down on fellow famous people bc of this and might prefer someone non famous now (a regular person). They had some issues bc of his career and commitment to it. Feels like she asked him to finally make a choice between her/them and his career and he chose his career. But that their connection couldn’t last bc they were having an illicit affair. Did he or someone on his side attempted to pay her off and it made her mad? Made her feel like a hooker? He got worried when she wouldn’t accept that hush money? For him it feels like compensation or normalized bc of his career in politics. She’s not used to it and felt offended. He knew this was only a matter of time before it became public or was used against him. He has other career goals and wanted this story to be silent 😬
