Cravings and what they mean
If you crave carbohydrates, your serotonin levels may have dropped. Eggs, cheese and pineapple are good for raising them again.
If you crave sugar, you may be dehydrated. Drink some water or green tea.
If you crave red meat, you may be deficient in iron. Eat dried fruits like figs or prunes, or beans and legumes, or take iron tablets.
If you crave dairy, your blood sugar levels may be low. Eat foods naturally high in glucose, like oranges or strawberries to raise them.
If you crave chocolate, your magnesium levels may be low. Eat brown rice, whole grain bread or spinach to raise them.
If you crave salt, your blood pressure may be low. Eat salted nuts, whole wheat pretzels, or drink salted water to raise it. If that doesn’t work, you may be dehydrated. Drink water or green tea.
If you crave bread, your nitrogen levels may be low. Eat turkey, black beans or brown rice to raise them.

ghather around kiddos because i just made a cookie with 67 calories and you can even make that lower with LESS chocolate chips , it tastes so good so yea :
forth a tsp of brown sugar = 2.75 cal.
half a tsp of stevia = 0 cal.
half a tsp of milk ( you can use any kind you want ) = 2 cal.
forth a tsp of butter ( you can use any oil you want but i was treating myself ) = 8 cal.
tiny bit of vanilla extract ( for flavor ) = less than 12 cal.
1 tbsp of flour ( any kind ) = 28 cal.
8 chocolate chips ( i used milk cuz I’m a fatass ) = 16 cal ( 2 cal for each ).
mix everything except the flour and chocolate and microwave it for 10 seconds , stir in the flour and add the chocolate and microwave for 40-50 seconds ( no more than 60 seconds or the chocolate will burn ) , and enjoy <3 .

Bulimia isn’t a pretty girl, hanging over the toilet bowl with her hair nicely tied back. It is a swollen face with vomit dripping down the chin and permanent nosebleeds.
Anorexia isn't a skinny, shy girl that refuses some Food. It is disguisting hair appearing on deadly cold skin. It is the extreme pain from an empty stomach.
Depression isn’t a model with some smudged Mascara, which sadly looks out a window at a sunset. It is lying in bed, staring at the ceiling, because there is no motivation left to close the eyes. It is bitter lonliness.
Selfharm isn’t a beautiful boy, kissing your scars and telling you, you are beautiful anyway. It is the pain when the water in the shower hits the wounds. It is scars that will never disappear.
Mental disorders aren’t any kind of aesthetic. They are dying little by little, everyday.

130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake
If you’ve already seen this recipe on MPA, it’s because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.
