Day one: NYE 2018

Many states do not require you to be licensed or be certified in CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens. Luckily my state does! There are people taking two-day internet classes for microblading. That is unacceptable! HIV, HSV, HPV, HEPATITIS... SO many easily transmitted diseases are around that Infection Control is imperative for everyone's safety.We learned about OSHA regulations for tattoo and microblading as well as Virginia Law as regulated by DPOR. We learned how to properly wash our hands, tools and work area, and Sanitization and Sterilization. The class was long and intense, but far from boring. My instructor makes learning fun and gave us tips on how to remember the tough stuff for State Board. Thanks for following along on my journey! Enjoy. (PS, I was at work)

Ok, so Im a fan ok Natural Looking makeup. I really love wearing makeup and I even follow some of the current makeup trends such as contouring and highlighting or strobing. BUT... I get nervous and hold back on the contouring and strobing because I dont want to look to made up and theatrical.
