soft ways to glow up this quarter ⋆.˚

it’s october, babes!! time to show up for yourself in all the little ways that actually matter. this is your quarter to feel soft, strong, and alive again.

try mixing self-care, productivity, and fun in ways that make you feel good. a few ideas:

lower your screentime → engage in content that inspires you

go outside → take a walk or just soak up the sun

pick an interesting book → read essays, articles, or learn something new

make to-do lists → get your homework or studies in check

self-care moments → face masks, tea, smoothies, yoga, stretching, or working out

clean up your circle → cut toxic friends, stop talking bad about others, and stop putting yourself down

expand your mind → explore hobbies, start a passion project, or study ahead of time

social boosts → compliment someone, talk to strangers, go to school events

renovate your space → redecorate your room, make it cozy and inspiring

fun + brain rest → watch silly content if it makes you happy, take naps, bake, cook, or play music
