2026 Goals
Weigh 55-60kg by the end of the year (5kg down, 16-21 to go)
Lower cholesterol (ratio and total number; total number July 2025 was 184)
Lower visceral fat to 12 or less (12/2025: 20) update -- March 2026: 18!
Lower bf% to 25 or less (12/2025: 36.3%) Update, March 2026: 34.8%
Reduce processed sugar intake by 80%
Eat 50% less processed foods in general compared to 2025???
Walk at least 2 million steps (2025 was somewhere between 1-1.5 million), Pilates 60 minutes per week (15x4, 20x3, or 30x2 depending on how it fits in my schedule each week) Update, April 2026: 850,000 steps so far.
Lift 2x per week starting April (Did not happen. Starting May?)
Use cavitation device 2-3x per week, 30 minutes each time (April: only remembering sometimes, but doing gua sha or leg massage/elevation also when I remember and do not have the device)
Take vitamins/supplements daily (remembering every 2-3 days so far)
Drink at least 2L of fluids, include more water (still struggling)
Publish 2 more papers ✔️ (1 paper submitted so far, 0 accepted)
Pass either JLPT N2 or equivalent ✔️ (140 study hours so far)
Get my hair cut at least 2x, color my hair during the semesters to hide grays ✔️ OK
Wear more moisturizer and sunscreens OK
Sleep at least 7 hours per night OK?
Gray/purple checks mean I'm working on this currently, and they're items that once completed, I don't have to maintain anything, and I will turn them green.
