Hungary Bans LGBTQIA+ Gatherings

Hungary's parliament took a big step towards making the LGBTQIA+ community invisible, along the lines of Putin's Russia, banning Pride and similar events, and like the UK, enshrined in law the notion that there are just two sexes. The EU is yet to formally react, but thus far hasn't been overly successful in stopping Hungary's drift to an illiberal autocracy.

UK Supreme Court Downgrades Trans*

Media coverage in general led on images of women cheering at the UK Supreme Court's ruling on "biological women", but commentators soon started to declare it a bad decision on many levels.
