My Rules and Routine
General❀
wake up at 6am on weekdays
sleep at 10.30pm weekdays
track your calories
weigh yourself whenever you can
walk and workout for at least 30 minutes a day
listen to weight loss subliminal’s for 30 minutes a day
look up thinspo or meanspo daily
keep a “binge free” calendar
full body check every friday
never mention about eating habits or weight loss and hide your eating disorder, unless if it’s harming you
Nutrition❀
700 calories on a weekday, 1000 max. on the weekend
drink 2+ litres of water
breakfast: oatmeal w/ milk
morning snack: coffee (espresso)
lunch: apple or salad
afternoon snack: (if hungry) smoothie or apple
no dinner at home
no food after 4pm
Appearance❀
wear makeup and take care of your hair everyday
wash hair every other day
shower or bath every night, 20 minutes max
shave everywhere on sundays
School❀
study for at least 2 hours everyday, no breaks.
school is more important than spending time on anything else
