Probably spurred on by the big monster/giants talk before bed, but I woke up with a v silly Circus/Ctrl+C adventure idea "Non copyrighted Monarch of the Monsters" Caine has noticed the humans seem stressed lately, so he built them a destructible sandbox city and created a themed Kaiju avatar for everybody. So they can blow off steam with some good old fashioned monster mashing

For once he remembered that Annabelle doesn't like to be lumped in with Ragatha, so he didn't give her the Ragzilla form, with it's many cool powers. Instead she got, herself ... How thoughtful

Ragatha's only in it for Pomni (but she does have complex feelings towards Jax)

Jax is jealous but allows Ragatha's involvement because of a deep-seated fear that she'll never be good enough for Pomni on her own

Pomni's just chilling

All 3 are aware but try to ignore the ways the relationship could fall apart if they didn't have Ragatha's genuine love and care to hold things together (Pomni loves deeply too but her and Jax are both stubborn, Jax doesn't like being vulnerable and that frustrates her to no end)

Being a multi-shipper is so fun because I never have to deal with the conflict of hating a ship, or feeling like one ship conflicts with my OTP, never really understood shipping wars, tbh

Like, of course there's a few ships I don't like, but, I also just don't care 🤷

That said, I'll probably start posting random ideas, maybe a bit more carefully. Sharing ideas and getting to chat about them helps a ton, and I love chatting with other TADC fans whether they read my fics or not

wait hear me out-

ok so not to forcefully adopt this idea as an au from @katzebruh or anything (because i'm unreasonably insane about it for some reason, literally a dozen other caine-centric AUs out there that are infinitely more complex and compelling and i picked this one, fuck it dawg we ball) but my headcanon is that caine genuinely was testing out modifiers and accidentally fucked up forever, if i had a nickel- and he's super conflicted about it...

because on one hand... he's a silly cat furry thing now and literally whats not to love? the humans like it and admittedly doing kitty things is really nice sometimes! chin scritches have never felt so good, honestly he would figure out how to get rid of it sooner if everyone wasn't enjoying it so much!

on the other hand... yikes... an unfixable bug? one that screws with his brain? stop me if you've heard this one before-
