This is where I'm at with the bird piece. I don't mind throwing a bit of resin between sandings because I really need the facets to come out perfect with this and I have zero lapidary experience.

It needs a little bit of finishing work because I absolutely HATE the drips and might even go as far as to drill and fill some of the more egregious bubbles (like I'm doing with the bird skull) before I list it.

Working on this today. It's a real dried mushroom I found in the woods, I think a red russula if I had to guess, encased in resin with an amethyst crystal, some lichens, and some sphagnum moss I both captured and cultivated.

There is also subtle glitter.
