I'm Arson. I'm 24 years old and I use any pronouns. My main is @hoardofhyperfixations (or, really, my actual main is @generichellsiteuser but I use @hoardofhyperfixations as my main)

This blog is a place for me (and you, if you wanna send asks/submit posts) to vent negative thoughts and feelings about Virgil.

That means anything from unsympathetic Virgil to criticizing his canon actions to complaining about his popularity.

As long as you acknowledge Virgil's flaws and don't hate on others for disliking him, you're fine by me.

I also dislike Patton, so I will write/post about him, including u!Patton make sure to block the tags #patton critical and #unsympathetic patton if that makes you uncomfortable.

If you want to send asks or submit posts about u!Roman and u!Logan or rant about them to me, I will accept that! But I won't be reblogging fics with only u!Roman or u!Logan nor will I be writing them, sorry. Same with character Thomas, Emile Picani, Remy, etc.

I will not accept u!Deceit or u!Remus, sorry.

I will also post my criticism of Thomas himself here so I don't clog my main.

I just watched sanders sides "can plushies be good for your health" and wow... holy fuck... i knew this was an ad going into it but wow. I feel dirty. Like actually filthy from seeing that. I feel manipulated. That was full of so many scummy advertising tricks that Disney is probably jealous. I don't like return of the jam but at least return of the jam wasn't as starved for content or as boring as this.

I think i mildly laughed at three jokes and only liked the after credits scene.

I'm baffled, i'm honest to god shocked that this is some how NOT in violation of childrens advertising laws.

All the pulling on your heart strings nostalgia bait and pulling out ur lil factoids is merely sugar coating on your rotten cheap plushie insides.

You're a beanie baby with spider eggs instead of beans, you're a cupcake covered in mold that they spread extra frosting on to hide it.

I've said it once before and i'll say it again, it's in violation of childrens advertising laws to advertise like this, your fanbase is mostly children and children cannot fully understand what advertising means and the consequences of buying a product.

Jake paul went through this same shit and thats why we have coppa now, by having these sides and you promote this plushies in this way it is highly likely to have an effect on them.

You could 100% get sued for shit like this, i'm not playing around, you have to be careful when you make family friendly content.

And what frustrates me the most is how much fans are buying into this, i already am getting posts recomended to me calling this a "new episode".

It's not, i know you want content but it's not.

It just really hurts knowing these plushies will probably sell out and fanders will go ape shit over this because we don't have content.

Please if you read this don't hit me with the whole "oh we get this content for free we shouldn't complain we can wair for new stuff thomas worked so hard on this" stuff.

I know he works hard but this isn't content, it's an ad.

This is the worst thing thomas has made related to sanders sides IMO, this is worse than the dark sides of disney video and i LOATHE that video with a fiery passion.

This is why your subs and viewer ship is down 75% according to your youtube analytics.

How are you feeling about the new episode?

Absolutely adored it. Remus and Logan are favs of mine and I loved their interactions. Remus especially was good, very much a comfort character. And the lore,, well, as much as I liked it, I am slightly annoyed that Thomas said the Asides videos would be inconsequential to the main plot and short and sweet and then has made the Asides episodes relatively important twice in a row

I am really peeved about everybody getting mad at Virgil and Roman for how they acted towards Patton. Yeah Virgil's is very ehhh because he doesn't really have a reason and he's much more of an asshole than Patton is, but Roman has definitely earned a damn eyeroll after everything Patton put him through. Oh, and I also really hate the amount of posts I've seen saying Virgil should've been in more of the episode, I even saw one saying it should've been Virgil instead of Logan.

Whenever Remus says something Patton considers inappropriate, Patton washes Remus' mouth out with soap, causing his tongue to swell and throat to close up so he can't speak for several days. Whenever Remus makes something Patton thinks is weird or creepy, he washes his hands, making them blister for a week so he can't create anything else. And whenever Remus does something Patton deems really disturbing or disgusting, like giving Thomas intrusive thoughts, he forces him into the bath and scrubs his skin with soap until it's red and raw, leaving him covered with hives and sores that'll last a month as a reminder of what he's done. All while Patton sweetly tells Remus "it's for your own good" and "how else are you going to learn to be better?"

ive watched every ep of sanders sides that logan was in and. what does he have to apologize for???

from what ive seen everything he's said or done to another side, and thomas, he's apologize for or it generally wasn't taken too seriously by him or the one it was directed to. where????
