What a society we live in guys

Stay off of vrchat and/or stay out of very well known-to-be toxic communities if possible. Do not engage with people who will go out of their way to make their personal issue YOUR issue and drive your mental health down. Hell, report them if you can to authorities. Doxxing is not okay, encouraging or even JOKING about telling someone to S/H is not okay, mental health matters and it is not a game. It is NOT okay to "troll" someone or make a hate group over little petty arguments.

We have been at risk for YEARS now and this man is not helping, claiming he only wants to see me get better mentally and that I haven't gotten better as a person when he himself involves himself with actual harmful behavior and people. He is no better, he is infact worse off than we are collectively admittedly. We are having these lash outs and episodes where we relapse behaviorally BECAUSE people like him take mental health as a joke

Same guy and his friends have now made TWO useless docs which have misinformation about me have been brought to my friends attention and now I'm spiraling and at even worse risk because of him. He is quite literally breaking cyber law by driving someone so far and not leaving them alone, continuing this harassment.

I just want to be left alone and be in my own space, talk shit, get better and anything I can LEGALLY without worrying he or his "minions" are going after me publicly or recording my actions to use against me. I am doing no wrong, my problems are my problems, back off. It's vrchat, people are going to be talking shit, but taking it to the point you're driving it to their mental health is beyond fucked

i think that introjects should be allowed to keep their source private if they want to, whether its due it being problematic or not

theres a lot of systems out there that are very very uncomfy with the way introjects are treated in system spaces, so i think its okay if someone doesnt want to disclose whether their alters are introjects or not! thats not information that anyone else is required to know! and if it makes you feel a little bit better with your identity as an alter, then why not do what makes you happy?

this isnt to say that introjects can never talk about their source!! its a very nuanced topic and i think more people need to view it from the standpoint of just letting others do whats comfy for them, whether you would do the same or not
