The University of Lübeck recently hosted a world-class Masterclass focused on prosthetic implantology and functional urological surgery. The course was directed by Professor Steven K. Wilson—the ultimate global authority in the field—alongside Professor Daniar Osmonov.
Our own Professor Gabriele Antonini was invited as part of the international faculty to showcase his groundbreaking surgical protocols. During the event, he successfully completed two live surgical implants of three-component hydraulic devices in front of an international medical audience.
The highlight of his sessions was the demonstration of the minimally invasive infrapubic technique. This methodology, which Prof. Antonini refined over the years following his training with pioneer Prof. Paul Perito in Miami, significantly cuts down operative times while keeping safety and aesthetic/functional results at an elite standard.
