As I wasn’t feeling the greatest today I opted to take a sick day from my mind-numbing repetitive job. The biggest discussion of my day now being, which movie could possible make me feel better while I curl up in the fetal position and await my untimely death??

Let’s see, half naked men, guns, sex, money yep had to be “Point Break” If I was going to die from a sore tummy today and last 2 people I saw were Keanu & Patrick, I’d be content.

Now if for some unknown reason you have never seen this action packed master piece first- give yourself an ultimate punch to the face second- here’s a brief rundown

In 1991 LA was changing, the air had gotten dirty and the sex had gotten clean. Surfers were robbing banks to fund their endless summer and Anthony Kedis was now an actor/ chilly pepper!! Rookie FBI agent Johnny Utah is undercover befriending thrill seeking surfers and trying to determine if they are indeed the “X President” bank robbers. All the while remaining inconspicuous, learning to surf and trying his best not to fall in love!

Needless to say “Point Break” is one of my all time favs. With the justice seeking Johnny and bad boy Bodhi making it increasing hard to differentiate the blurred line between good and bad. There is however zero distortion when it comes to the overall moral of the movie.
