A somewhat difficult start to the relationship for Rod

Oh man, what an update! I love Rodimus so much, and I’d hate to see him give into his more selfish tendencies and be the one to hurt Orion in someway (by hate I mean emotionally. As a story point, I love the drama lol). My hope is that he finds the sparkling and Orion and instead of being mad at Pax, he gets mad at D-16 for supposedly hiding something this serious from him. (Obviously D didn’t know it was his but still) I feel like despite all his flaws, Roddy is still a good guy so I’m hopeful that he’s not gonna be a TOTAL jerk in the long run haha

Honestly, that’s one of the things I find most interesting about Rod’s character in this AU. Despite his flaws and impulsive behavior, he genuinely cares about Dee and wants to help him, even if he sometimes goes about it the wrong way.

Reading everyone’s thoughts and theories about the AU makes me really happy ajdjsjs 💖

Idk if you been asked this already, but does Dee ever doubt Orion's lie? Sure, he was upset, but he too smart to just think Orion "cheated". What if he thinks Orion purposely pushed him away? What if he thinks Orion wanted to hurt him and didnt know why? Or am I overthinking this 😭

I absolutely love the recent comic post and God im hurting!

It's not Rodimus fault and it makes sense, you just want your partner to be happy and to support them/know them. However, he can't force Dee to open up nor should he go behind his back to try & find it himself.

Dee is also a mess, he probably wants to move on, but cant let the past go & probably wonders over Orion himself, but could also be afraid to get emotionally attached again, which would be a dick move if he's using Hot Rod to cope.

Love this AU/Comic, it hurts, but God your creative!

Honestly, their situation makes me really sad. Rod wants to help Dee and understand him, but he’s crossing certain boundaries without realizing it, while Dee is trapped in his own past. Neither of them is completely right or wrong.

I’ve been receiving a lot of questions about Forsaken Fate lately, and while I truly appreciate everyone’s interest and excitement for the AU, there are some questions I can’t answer right now because they involve major spoilers or important future developments. The story is still being written and expanded, and revealing certain details too early would take away part of the experience I want to create for everyone. Some things are meant to be discovered naturally as the story progresses. So if there are messages I haven’t been able to reply to, please know it’s not because I’m ignoring anyone 🥀 I just want to preserve the narrative and emotional impact of the AU for both current and future readers. I know Roddy can be a little shit sometimes in canon (looking at you, IDW…) BUT at the same time, do you think he and Orion would get along well in your au’s??

Asking mostly bc I want to know what kinds of headaches they manage to give Dee with their powers combined ;-)

I think they’d be good friends. Even if Hot Rod’s personality can be a little difficult sometimes, I don’t doubt he’d have a lot of fun with Orion. Maybe, to Dee, they’d be like a walking disaster that he constantly has to keep an eye on. 😭

y'know, i've been thinking..... Dee doesn't know who Orion "cheated" with, so it's possible that there's going to be a confrontation at the mech (Jazz) at some point in the future. Orion is gonna cleaned up the mess he made 💀💔 just to be sure, will there be a ship endgame or not?

It's possible for this situation to occur because of the proximity between Jazz and Orion; it wouldn't surprise me .
