“He is the master of the evil smirk, isn’t he?” Kristina giggled, glad to see her sister. They may not see eye to eye on events like this one, but that didn’t mean it wasn’t nice to cross paths and make sure that Anwen was having a good time. After all, if one of them deserved to have fun, it was her sister, far more than her. Her smile dropped as Anwen continued, though. She’d thought she’d spotted her with Cal earlier, but being next to someone didn’t automatically mean they were dates. Now that it was confirmed, though, she didn’t know if she should ruin her sister’s night or just like… leave things alone and wait to find out firsthand if Cal was the kind of guy who was cool with fucking sisters, or if he found that as weird as she did. “Oh, um… awkward,” Kristina finally settled on, deciding it was in Anwen’s hands if she wanted to ask for details or if she’d rather just go about her night in ignorant bliss instead.

“Awkward?” Anwen cocked her head. “What’s awkward? That he’s brooding? I know, it’s so not my type, but I think it’s time I branch out. I’ll never get anywhere with anyone if I have impossible standards like ‘must be smiling at least 80% of the time’.” She rolled her eyes at her own stupid rules from her teenhood.
