There's a vague reference of time (before Supersonic single is out so before April 1994) and place (a hotel? doesn't sound like the India House where he lived at this time but it's somewhere in South Manchester around the university?) but not much else.

iirc when Oasis got signed by Creation in 1993, Noel went home and broke up with his girlfriend Louise like immediately. After that, he moved out of India House (her house) and Creation paid for him to live in a small single hotel room in Manchester for a year (pictured).

Oasis were on tour in 1995, and one night in Paris Noel tells Liam he's going to move down to London. He said Liam ‘never forgave’ him for that. And also that 6 months later, of course, Liam too moved to London. (‘I had my reasons.’)

i think what makes noel’s obsession with being small so interesting to me is that he not only revels in being skinny, but he loves being short and having tiny feet, which are traits men generally don’t want to have much less talk about openly in the way he does.

liam has referred to him as the little fella, his ‘little’ brother, and made countless jokes about his height and overall size, but noel literally does not care. he loves being a little itty bitty guy.

Yesterday my little brother told me something very sweet and touching, that when he was a kid and had nightmares about monsters chasing him or whatever he would be able to end the nightmare by finding me in the dream and I would protect him by fighting off the zombies, or carrying him away. This is adorable, and makes me feel like the greatest older sibling in the world, but the hilarious thing is that when I was a kid I had nightmares of needing to save him from zombies and such. so many dreams where he was in trouble and I needed to save him. Like my nightmares began where his ended. Low key I think he mastered the ability to psychically transfer his nightmare to me as a child and I'm kind of annoyed with him.
