Hey, as a disabled person, that Habsburg post is... really hurtful. Literally all of the humor is dependent on mocking a disabled man's appearance and health issues. He couldn't control that he was the product of severe inbreeding. It doesn't help that some of the people involved on that post are hardcore conservatives and bigots.

oh fuck i didnt know! but yeah, I didn’t think the disability was the funny part about the post, just that “hey lil mama” sentence  in combination with the portrait of historical royalty was kinda funny. I would have thought it funny even with a portrait of Shakespeare or Louis XIV.

But i absolutely agree with you, mocking Charles II for his appearance/disability that was 0% his fault is not funny at all :/

I think one of the worst things about being a girl who likes girls is that men always assume you share their male gaze. When I see a pretty girl I’m imagining what it’d be like to hold her hand and kiss her, not hoping a gust of wind blows her skirt up. I don’t plan my outings based on which place has the hottest girls. I don’t find it appropriate to make lewd comments about women. so as i’m an arab i get stopped at tsa a lot and they always try to come up with some excuse for why they’re stopping me. today my backpack was taken and when i asked why they flagged it they had the nerve to point to your book because it was one of the only things in there. i’d like to congratulate you on publishing a book so powerful tsa had to confiscate it, truly a groundbreaking feat.
